We're talking about budget accommodations here, in the first place. So why look for anything that smells good on $45 per night? Non-Big Apple residents can't rent this budget hotel. Why, I don't know. It seems to me that the sole reason this hotel, along with West Side in the same vicinity, exist is the fact that it is reserved for transient students who frequent the Broadway at daytime and work in the
New York restos at night. You can't stay in this hotel for far too long and revel at the chipping paint or the musty stairs.
